Before booking, we recommend that you attend a professional discussion to ensure that this is the most suitable course for you. You can do this through a variety of ways.

When you are sure this is the right course for you, complete and return a booking form.

Once you have received the pre-course guidance and returned a booking form, you will be invited to secure your place by registering on to the course via the website with a learner booking payment.  If you book the place on the website without receiving pre-course guidance, you will be contacted before we can process your booking.

Once the booking fee has been paid, you will receive your online induction program and once that is completed you will be invited to enrol with the centre that will be delivering your training.  The enrolment will be at the delivery centre and may be part of a group induction or on an individual basis.  You will need to return completed paper work and required documentation and register with City & Guilds.  If you have already completed a City & Guilds qualification, it would be helpful for you to bring with you your learner number.

At this point you will be required to pay for the training.  Payment can be made in full by credit/debit card, cash or Bank transfer.  If you will to pay for the training over the duration of the course, you will need to speak to the delivery centre regarding the options available to you.

In line with Consumer Rights Act you have the right to cancel your training within 14 days from the day you receive your induction program.
